Certified Educator/Trainer since 1991. Positions held, American Society of Safety Engineers/Orange County Chapter, Director of Public Relations from 2000-2003; PASMA-Public Agency Safety Management Association-Vendor/Exhibit Chair; and Associated General Contractors of California (AGC) Safety and Health Council-Associate Advisor. Has received multiple awards most recent include, 2006 AGC Safety Award of Excellence for contribution to industry and 2010 SARBS volunteer recognition award. Currently holds the following positions: 2010-2011 Vice President-Santa Ana River Basin Section (SARBS), 2010-2011 Vice Chair Safety Committee-California Water Environment Association (CWEA).

Primary responsibilities include operations systems design & management, educational programs director, staff training & recruitment, and business growth & improvement. Over 20 years experience in the Sports Medicine/Rehabilitation and Occupational Health fields with expertise in workers compensation, business development, marketing & community education. Certified trainer since 1994. Professional Affiliations: Professionals in Human Resources Association-Programs Chair, Public Agency Risk Management Association, California Society of Safety & Security Professionals, Building Industry Association of Orange County, AGC of California Safety & Health Council Associate.
Della Carrescia-Moore - Office Supervisor
Primary responsibility is to support office operations by maintaining office processes/procedures and supervising administrative staff. Facilitate work loads and administrative support responsibilities. Highly sensitive issues and problems are referred to managing principals/executive management. Other responsibilities are to maintain inventory control and training supplies and ordering of supplies for replenishment of inventory.
Eric Garcia - Training Manager
Primarily responsible for the development and implementation of processes to ensure that the competencies of training staff are met and maintained. Manages corporate training operations in order to adhere to applicable regulations, established criteria for course fundamentals and monitors standards in the delivery of such training. Other responsibilities are the overall administration of processing departments including maintaining databases, course documentation, inventory control, training materials, training products and IT. His background is in Graphic Design/Web Design and he uses this knowledge for ongoing special projects.
Tim Page-Bottorff - Business Development/EHS Trainer
Primary responsibilities include planning and implementing of sales and marketing activities. He oversees business growth approach and planning functions; manages negotiations of contracts and special appearances; advertising/sales promotion strategies and compiles, analyzes, and interprets statistical data. Tim is also a Lead staff trainer with responsibilities including educational program design, development and implementation.
Rogelio Horta - EHS Bilingual Trainer
Mr. Horta brings years of hands-on experience as a Health and Safety bilingual Trainer. His main focus is teaching HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) and is qualified to teach Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, CPR/First Aid/AED, Forklift Operator, Forklift Operator Train-the-Trainer, Fire Prevention/Extinguisher. He is also skilled in teaching "tailgate" topics such as PPE, Machine Guarding, Ladder Safety and more.
Keith Henderson - Vice President JoshuaCasey Safety Products and Equipment
Primary responsibilities focus on Safety Product development, training, and sales. Keith heads up the sales of products and services to our customers through the JoshuaCasey Safety Products Group. Competent and Qualified in Personal Protective Equipment, Fall Protection, and Confined Space, he has over 25 years experience exclusively in the Safety industry. As a true sales professional he has represented the most respected Safety Product lines including 3M, Dupont, Ansell, North, Uvex, HowardLeight and Capitol Safety. Keith is a UCLA alumni with undergraduate degrees in Communications, Psychology, and Theatre Arts. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.

Daniela Ramirez - Training Coordinator
Currently responsible for providing customer focused services including customer needs assessment, scheduling training courses, requests for price quotations, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. She achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service. Handles the needs of sales representatives and customers. Coordinates special events, conferences and workshops.

Brian Weatherly, MBA, CSP
Mr. Weatherly holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He has received training through the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration Training Institute. He received approval to test for the Associate Safety Professional and the Certified Safety Professional designations through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Brian is also a proud member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
Mr. Zoubek received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and Safety and also Certified Industrial Hygienist and Board Certified Safety Professional. He is a nationally recognized consultant in the area of electrical safety. He provides expert advice in the areas of management and engineering control of electrical hazards for companies nationwide. He advises in the areas of engineering electrical hazard control, written electrical safety program development, and training.






Mr. Rosenthal has been involved in the chemical and hazardous waste industry for more than 34 years and currently provides DOT, EPA and OSHA required training services to the California Highway Patrol, the U.S. Customs service, various hazardous material/waste industry transporters and numerous Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. He has accepted appointments to the Hazardous Materials Advisory Board at California State University. Long Beach, California, and the Environmental Technology Advisory Committee at Rio Hondo College, Whittier, California. Additionally, he is an active Steering Committee Member for the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter of the California Waste Association.
